By the end of the week, parking meters along Phillip Fulmer Way should be gone and work started to convert most of those spaces to commuter parking. The university has taken ownership of Phillip Fulmer Way, Peyton Manning Pass and Tee Martin Drive. The streets previously were owned by the city of Knoxville.

Estabrook Road is now open and will remain open through Sunday, November 20. Due to complications and inclement weather, the contractor was not able to complete the paving project. Work has ceased temporarily to ensure the road is open for the football game on Saturday.
Utility work on the Natalie L. Haslam Music Center will result in road closures, traffic lane reductions, and detours during the first two weeks of July. Starting Monday, May 16, Phillip Fulmer Way will be closed from Andy Holt Avenue to the middle of the transit station in front of Gate 21 at Neyland Stadium. The closing comes as Knoxville Utility Board crews replace underground utility lines.
