Estabrook Road is now open and will remain open through Sunday, November 20. Due to complications and inclement weather, the contractor was not able to complete the paving project. Work has ceased temporarily to ensure the road is open for the football game on Saturday.
UT Knoxville’s regular application deadline for the 2012-2013 academic year is December 1, less than two weeks away. The priority admissions deadline—which incoming freshmen had to meet to be considered for competitive scholarships and the Chancellor’s Honors Program—was November 1.
One day soon, social workers in the state of Tennessee will know more about the brain development of youngsters ages zero to three and how they can use this knowledge to improve children’s lives. That’s the mission of Terri Combs-Orme, a professor in the College of Social Work.
