The newest issue of Employee and Organizational Development’s employee course catalog “Training Pages” is now available online with course listings for July through December. Registration is now open for many classes. Employees interested in a variety of supervisory, management, and personal development classes can take advantage of this service by viewing the catalog online.
Formal performance reviews should be done annually. Employee and Organizational Development is offering a performance review training course to supervisors to learn how to conduct an effective performance reviews. The course will be offered many times between January and March. Supervisors only need to attend one session.

UT Employee and Organizational Development moved the employee course catalog “Training Pages” online last May and halted delivery of printed copies through departmental mail. New classes are now open and available.
