Formal performance reviews should be done annually. Employee and Organizational Development is offering a performance review training course to supervisors to learn how to conduct an effective performance reviews.
The course will be offered many times between January and March. Supervisors only need to attend one session. The course will be offered the following dates:
- 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 24, in the University Center Shiloh Room
- 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. Thursday, January 26, in the University Center Shiloh Room
- 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 14, in the University Center Shiloh Room
- 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 17, in University Center room 221
- 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 7, in University Center room 223
- 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, in the University Center Shiloh Room
The performance review course is free to UT employees, though registration is required. Registration is available online. For more information call 974-6657.
