In early April, culinary program students displayed their new skills while rewarding others with a lunch at Second Harvest Food Bank.

More than 100 volunteers and employees from the food bank, Maryville Fire Department, city of Alcoa, and others dined on a Greek-inspired menu featuring roulade of tenderloin stuffed with crab, bleu cheese and spinach.
