High school students from around the world will learn innovation and invention skills at an overnight summer camp hosted by the College of Architecture and Design. Design Matters, to be held July 8 to 13 at the college, seeks to give students an understanding of how design impacts invention and human experience.
UT is taking a big step forward in its commitment to diversity. The university has created a new position, vice chancellor for diversity, to maximize diversity, cultural awareness, and civility initiatives. Applications for qualified candidates are now being accepted. The vice chancellor for diversity will report to the chancellor and serve on the chancellor’s cabinet.
