KNOXVILLE— UT’s Safety, Environment, and Education (SEE) Center will host “21 Days to Make a Good Habit,” a health fair showcasing ways for students to make healthy lifestyle changes.

The fair will be from noon to 4:00 p.m., on Wednesday, February 29, in the University Center Ballroom.

The goal of the event is to promote strategies for students to improve academic success by adopting healthy habits regarding study skills, time management, stress management, sleep, nutrition, exercise, hygiene, and taking care of their body.

Nearly thirty organizations will be represented at the fair, including the UT College of Nursing promoting skin cancer awareness, Rec Sports showcasing wellness and activity programs, a variety of food and drink vendors offering healthy snack options, and UT Federal Credit Union promoting financial wellness.

The fair is sponsored by the SEE Center and the Central Program Council.

The SEE Center is a unit in the Division of Student Life dedicated to the holistic development and support of students. It creates connections among the Division of Student Life, other parts of the university, and the greater Knoxville community.
