ARAMARK, the food service supplier for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, has announced the opening of “Field of Greens,” a restaurant concept that specializes in fresh, made-to-order salads and wraps, a soup of the day, and desserts. Located in the Hermitage Room on the third floor of the University Center, “Field of Greens” will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Arena Café, located on the street level of Thompson-Boling Arena, now offers “The Wokery,” which features made-to-order stir fry menu items. And ARAMARK’s “$5 Friday” dining special in the Presidential Court Café continues this year. This lunch option, which includes all you care to eat at any of the food stations in Presidential Court Café for just $5 on Fridays, has proven very popular with students as well as faculty and staff.
