Angela O’Neal, sergeant for the University of Tennessee Police Department (UTPD), is described by colleagues as a good leader and supervisor at UTPD. Always willing to go the extra mile, Angela has a very positive attitude towards law enforcement. She treats her "customers" with respect and has even been thanked for writing them a citation or for taking them to jail.
Because of her hard work and extraordinary customer service, Angela was selected as August’s Send Roses Recipient.
