 KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Dr. Harold L. Dodds has been appointed head of the Department of Nuclear Engineering at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.  Dodds, a professor in the department since 1976, succeeds Dr. Thomas W. Kerlin, who recently retired. Dodds’ research interests include developing methods and applications in nuclear reactor physics and reactor and criticality safety.
