Knox County Public Library, in partnership with UT’s College of Arts and Sciences, will host Books Sandwiched In, a book discussion series about diversity.
Robert Morgan, the acclaimed author of Gap Creek and The Road from Gap Creek, will speak about the impact of Wilma Dykeman’s fiction and nonfiction on his own work at the beginning of a two-day tribute to her on April 7 and 8.
The School of Information Sciences’ Center for Children’s and Young Adult Literature, along with the Knox County Public Library, will present a lecture by critically acclaimed children’s book author/illustrator Nina Crews at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6. The event is free and open to the public, and Crews will be available for book signing
