After setting a record last year with approximately 200 Army cadets in the program’s ranks, this fall the Army ROTC program welcomed more than 270 cadets and expects to commission more than 50 lieutenants this year.
UT achieved high rankings across multiple disciplines. More students than ever are seeking out the university’s highly regarded academic programs and benefiting from its initiatives aimed at increasing first-year retention and overall graduation rates.
UT is expanding its commitment to making higher education more affordable and accessible across Tennessee with the announcement of 14 additional high schools that are now part of the Flagship Scholarship program.
The Veterans Success Center has experienced significant growth over the past four years, increasing from approximately 500 to nearly 700 veteran students and from around 700 to nearly 1,000 military-connected students.
The flight marks the College of Nursing’s first time providing escorts for the organization, which enables East Tennessee veterans to visit national memorials in honor of their service.
Engaging events provided opportunities for families to strengthen their connection to the university while exploring how they can support their students’ success.
