Demolition begins Monday on the Neyland Biology Annex on the south side of Neyland Stadium. The removal of the building is the next step in the new Engineering Services Facility project.

During the demolition and removal of debris, the alley between Tee Martin Drive and the G10 Garage access road will be closed to vehicles, and additional fencing will be set up around the area.

Vehicles will still have access to the G10 Garage and Neyland Drive during the demolition work, which is set to finish in mid-July. The Engineering Services Facility, a state-of-the-art research and classroom space for the Tickle College of Engineering, is scheduled to open in fall 2021.
