The Center for Health Education and Wellness will distribute 1,500 Sexual Assault Awareness Month pins to faculty, staff, and students to wear during the month of April. Pins will be distributed with cards listing details of April events being hosted by CHEW.

Faculty and staff may request a pin for yourself or your department at wellness.utk.edu/hhh. Pins will be delivered to your department this week.

Students can pick up their pins at the Center for Health Education and Wellness at the Student Health Building, 1800 Volunteer Blvd., suite 201.

In 2015, CHEW was awarded a grant from the Office of Violence Against Women to reduce sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. Through the grant, a coordinated community response team of students, faculty, staff, and community representatives has been formed to work on these issues. If you are interested in join this team or for more information about sexual assault prevention at UT, please email wellness@utk.edu.
