UT’s McClung Museum is hosting its annual Spring Store Sale through Wednesday, March 29. The sale includes cards, books, toys, jewelry, stuffed animals, unique gifts, and much more, with discounts of up to 70 percent.

Local artists’ work will be featured, including cat-themed ceramics by Knoxville artist Hugh Bailey and handmade chainmaille necklaces, earrings and bracelets by local jewelry artist Elizabeth Moseley.

The store is a member of the Museum Store Association and makes purchases only from vendors who guarantee items are ethically produced and meet high quality standards. As always, members of the McClung as well as UT students receive a 10 percent discount in the store. All proceeds from store purchases help fund the museum’s free educational programs.

The McClung Museum is located at 1327 Circle Park Drive. Museum admission is free, and the museum and store’s hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sundays. Free two-hour museum parking passes are available from the parking kiosk at the entrance to Circle Park Drive during the week. Free parking is available on the weekends. Free public transportation to the museum is available via the Knoxville Trolley Vol Line.

See the museum’s website for more information about family programming, parking, and collections and exhibits.
