Rolling Stone magazine featured Nief-Norf, a contemporary music ensemble co-created by Andrew Bliss, UT assistant professor of music. He is artistic director of the group. Nief-Norf will be part of the lineup for the Big Ears 2017 music festival that will be held in Knoxville. Big Ears is the country’s premiere avant-garde music gathering.
