The Graduate School has revised its forms to make them easier to use. The forms also now include coversheets that explain when and how to use them.
Although some of the forms still require original signatures, many of the forms can now be delivered to the Graduate School by e-mail (gradspec@utk.edu), rather than by mail or in person.
