Join the Be Well team to get more daily activity, learn about healthy eating habits, and participate in a community walk/run during the week of February 8–13.

BeWell150Move More Mondays: Incorporate movement into your day with a group walk. All fitness levels welcome! The walk will be noon to 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 8. Meet up indoors at Thompson-Boling Arena Gate D.

Wellness Wednesday: Join the Be Well team for Healthy Eating 101 from noon to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 10, in Student Health Building, Room 201.

Community Event: The Zen Evo Chocolate Lovers Valentine 5K benefits TNT Leukemia Lymphoma Society and local ROTC programs. The 5K is Saturday, February 13. Register here as a part of the Be Well Team. Those who register for the race by February 10 can register for $25/person. For the UT discount code, email lbryant7@utk.edu. All fitness levels are welcome.
