The search for a new vice provost and dean of the Graduate School is wrapping up, and the search committee is seeking final feedback from the campus community regarding the three candidates.

The candidates are Larry McKay, Jones Professor of Hydrogeology and head of the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences; Dixie Thompson, professor and associate dean for research and academic affairs in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences; and Brent Mallinckrodt, professor and associate dean for graduate studies in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Each candidate made a presentation and answered questions during an open forum during the past few weeks. More information about each candidate and a link to an electronic form where you may provide feedback are available on the Provost’s website.

Tami Wyatt, professor and assistant dean of graduate programs in the College of Nursing, is chairing the internal search.
