A new policy brief released this week from UT’s Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy addresses the international climate negotiations that took place in Paris in December 2015.
Charles Sims, Baker Faculty Fellow and economics professor in UT’s Haslam College of Business, served as author of the brief, “The Paris Climate Change Talks: What Did the President Promise and When Did He Promise It?”
