WUTK 90.3 The Rock will hold the station’s seasonal fundraiser, Exam Jam XI, at 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 4, at The Concourse at the International. All proceeds benefit the nonprofit WUTK Gift Fund, helping to keep the self-supporting broadcast lab and station on the air.
WUTK is an award-winning college radio station and student instructional lab. WUTK 90.3 The Rock was recently voted Knoxville’s Best Radio Station in the Knoxville Mercury Top Knox readers’ poll. This is the tenth straight year that WUTK has received such an award.
Entertainment will be provided by local Americana rockers Handsome and The Humbles, the three-piece pop-punk band Hellaphant, genre-flipping giants Senryu, and the electro-indie rock sounds of The Enigmatic Foe. Raffle prizes will be given away.
