The committee that has been searching to fill the position of executive director for the UT Space Institute in Tullahoma has identified two finalists: Darryl Ahner, director of the Office of the Secretary of Defense Scientific Test and Analysis Techniques in the Test and Evaluation Center of Excellence, and Farrukh Alvi, the Cummins Professor of Engineering in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Florida State University and founding director of the Florida Center for Advanced Aero-Propulsion.

The campus community is invited to view webcasts of public forums given by the finalists.
