Francis Street will be closed from Friday, August 2, to Wednesday, August 14, for KUB utility work on the Fred D. Brown Residence Hall.
During this time, Melrose Avenue north of the construction site will switch from one-way to two-way traffic with traffic control devices in place to ensure safety.
