KNOXVILLE — Andy Holt Avenue will be closed to traffic on Friday, Aug. 8, due to asphalt paving.
The road will be closed from East Volunteer Boulevard to Phillip Fulmer Way. In the event of rain, the work will be done on Monday, Aug. 11.
