KNOXVILLE — The trusteeship committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will meet in Nashville Friday, Feb. 15.
The meeting is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. CST in the offices of Boult, Cummings, Conners & Berry, 1600 Division St., Suite 700.
The Board of Trustees renamed the Governance Committee to the Trusteeship Committee at their last meeting held in June.
The agenda includes proposed changes to the charter of the outreach committee, review of the bylaws and proposed amendments and a discussion about an upcoming national conference on trusteeship sponsored by the Association of Governing Boards for Universities and Colleges.
