The board process and governance committee of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees will meet in Nashville Feb. 25.
The meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m. CST Wednesday in the Chamber Room at Nashville International Airport. The committee will review its charge and set priorities.
The university’s organization structure, a draft position description for the president and draft policies related to expenditures also will be reviewed.
