A called meeting of the Governance Task Force has been scheduled for 9 a.m., CT, Monday, Sept. 29, Training Room A, 2525 West End Avenue in Nashville.
The task force is a special ad hoc committee appointed by Gov. Phil Bredesen.
The purpose of the meeting is to review governance issues related to Board oversight and enhanced accountability.
Members of the task force include trustees Rhynette Hurd, Steve Ennis, John Pontius, and James Murphy; Larry Martin, First Tennessee Bank, Knoxville, and Linda Rebrovick, BearingPoint, Nashville.
