KINGSPORT — Alumni and friends of the University of Tennessee will meet April 25 for the annual “Hokie-Smokey Baseball Classic.”
Prior to the 6:30 p.m. Tennessee-Virginia Tech game at the Kingsport Sports Complex, the Sullivan County Chapter of the UT National Alumni Association will host a barbecue dinner at the complex, starting at 5 p.m.
Reservations for the dinner can be made until April 17 by calling Susan Armstrong at 357-4941 or 229-3709.
UT’s alumni association has 110 chapters and nearly 300,000 members worldwide.
