KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — University entrance requirements, financial aid and scholarship programs, and the transition to college life will be discussed Oct. 7 at the University of Tennessee’s 1998 Conference for Counselors.

Area high-school guidance counselors, principals and superintendents are invited to attend. Registration begins at 8 a.m. in the William Blount Ballroom of the Knoxville Hilton, 2100 Alcoa Highway, Alcoa.

Representatives from UT’s undergraduate admissions and financial aid offices will be on hand to answer questions and provide information. Staff from UT’s veterinary medicine and health science programs will also attend.
