KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — David W. Russell, Route 1 Box 63, Penrose, is the recent recipient of a scholarship from the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association.
Russell, the son of Barbara Russell, earned a $2,500 freshman scholarship at UT-Knoxville.
