KNOXVILLE, Tenn.– Six students from Anderson County are recent recipients of scholarships from the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association.

 The top award was a four-year Andrew D. Holt Scholarship of $15,200 to Daniel G. Branham, 516 Sinking Springs Road, Clinton. A student at UT-Memphis, he is the son of Danny and Kathy Branham.

 National Merit scholar Thomas P. Whittingham, 107 Deerfield Lane, Oak Ridge, received a four-year scholarship of $6,400. He is the son of Paul Whittingham.

Other recipients included:

 — Jennifer L. Dabney, 142 Indian Hills Circle, Clinton, a freshman scholarship, $1,500. She is the daughter of George M. and Carol J. Dabney.

 — Jessica B. Greene, 106 Montreal Lane, Oak Ridge, an upperclass scholarship, $1,500. She is the daughter of Jon and Larry Greene.

 — Michelle L. Mullins, 502 Vista Drive, Clinton, a valedictorian scholarship, $1,500. She is the daughter of Marie and Steve Mullins.

 — Elizabeth Scudiere, 100 Cedar Lane, Oak Ridge, a freshman scholarship, $1,500. She is the daughter of Matthew Scudiere.
