Sports are on the calendar for University of Tennessee alumni in the Houston area this summer and fall.
Members of the Houston chapter of the UT National Alumni Association are planning a July 25 outing for an Astros game.
Football takes center stage for fall activities, with a kickoff picnic set for the afternoon of Aug. 9. Alumni will gather at the Hideaway, 3122 Dunvale, on Saturdays this fall to watch the Volunteers on television.
