Tennessee’s Economic Recovery Group has called upon the University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy and the university’s Social Work Office of Research and Public Service to assist in the collection and analysis of survey data.

These programs are funded by the Tennessee Department of Human Services and Signal Centers, Inc.
