Dulcie Peccolo, director of student services in the College of Education, Health and Human Services, always has an open door to others and is known for going above and beyond the call of duty. Because of her dedication and willingness to help others, the UT Positive Recognition Committee has named Dulcie as November’s Send Roses
Percy Fernandez West, associate director of the Thornton Athletics Student Life Center, always goes the extra mile and, according to colleagues, is “easy to work with and work for.” Because of his hard work and admirable work ethic, the UT Positive Recognition Committee named Percy July’s second Send Roses recipient.
Judy McDonald, service aide in the Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy, is a “wonderful and vibrant addition” to the center, said one colleague. She is UT’s Send Roses Recipient for July.
Two Send Roses recipients were celebrated in April, Patricia Wagoner and Heather Webb. There were no Send Roses recipients in January or February, and there will not be a May recipient either.
