From the moment a student veteran arrives on campus until they cross the graduation stage, the Veterans Resource Center makes sure they’re able to demonstrate their extraordinary abilities. That spirit remains alive, even as the center closed its physical doors and transitioned its services online.
Student veterans will have a new Veterans Resource Center to use this fall.
UT’s Veterans Services Coordinator Jayetta Rogers appeared on WBIR’s series “Service and Sacrifice” hosted by John Becker to discuss the new Veterans Resource Center opening in Hodges Library in the 2016–17 academic year.
The newly unveiled Remembering Our Fallen Tennessee memorial is coming to UT for the month of November and will be part of campus’ fifth annual National Day of Remembrance and Roll Call event on Veterans Day, November 11.
