The deadline for completing the health questionnaire and health screening required by the Partnership Promise is June 30. To help you complete the health questionnaire requirement, the University of Tennessee has arranged for APS Healthcare to come to the Hermitage Room on the third floor of the University Center between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
This year’s group insurance annual/open enrollment period ends on Friday, Oct. 15. All completed insurance enrollment forms must be received in the Payroll Office at P115 Andy Holt Tower by 5 p.m. on that day. Online enrollment through the Edison Self Service website will continue until 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 15.
