With the spring semester now off and running, plans for Faculty Appreciation Week 2016 are in the works.
Faculty trailblazers in the College of Engineering are David Icove, professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science; Joshua Sangoro, assistant professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering; and Andy Sarles, assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical, Aerospace, and Biomedical Engineering.
Bonnie Ownley, professor in entomology and plant pathology, and Daniel Yoder, professor in biosystems engineering and soil science, are faculty trailblazers in the College of Agriculture Sciences and Natural Resources.
Gary Ramsey, clinical assistant professor of nursing, and Susan Speraw, research professor of nursing, are faculty trailblazers in the College of Nursing.
Wendy Bach, associate professor, and Carol Parker, professor, are faculty trailblazers in the College of Law.
Sunha Cho and Lisa Reyes Mason, both assistant professors, are faculty trailblazers in the College of Social Work.
Dania Bilal, professor of information science, and Ed Caudill, journalism professor, are faculty trailblazers in the College of Communication and Information.
Karen McCormick, clinical assistant professor of equine internal medicine and neonatology in Large Animal Clinical Services, and Robert Reed, associate professor in the department of biomedical and diagnostic sciences, are faculty trailblazers in the College of Veterinary Medicine.
David Matthews, chair of the Interior Design program and associate dean of facilities and technology, and James Rose, senior lecturer, are faculty trailblazers in the College of Architecture and Design.
David Atkins, head of branch libraries and collection logistics, and Alesha Shumar, university archivist, are the UT Libraries faculty trailblazers as part of Faculty Appreciation Week.
The College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences has named Sarah Colby, assistant professor of nutrition, and Steve McCallum, professor in the Department of Education Psychology and Counseling, as faculty trailblazers as part of Faculty Appreciation Week.
