UT to graduate first students of Construction Science program

The concentration curriculum has given the students a multidisciplinary background with courses within the colleges of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Arts and Sciences, and Business Administration.
UT Graduates First Student with Unique Construction Science Concentration
This spring, Justin Kramer will be the first UT student to graduate from the university’s new Construction Science Program. The program launched in 2010 in the Institute of Agriculture’s Department of Biosystems Engineering and Soil Science and seeks to prepare students for the management side of the construction industry.
UT Students Embark on New Concentration; Leads to New Construction Careers
Students at UT who are interested in construction have a new opportunity to learn about a different side of the industry: the management side. Starting this fall, students can pursue a concentration in construction technology in the Institute of Agriculture’s Department of Biosystems Engineering and Soil Science.
