UT has been granted state approval to purchase properties on White Avenue in Fort Sanders to build a new classroom/laboratory facility on Cumberland Avenue. The project is part of an immediate face lift that will bring greenery to Volunteer Blvd., Presidential Court, landscape the engineering buildings behind Ayres Hall, add entrance pillars to Fraternity Park, and extend the existing pedestrian mall.
