The campus community is invited to attend Volunteer Value, a unique undergraduate admissions program designed for UT employees with high school- and college-aged children. The program will take place at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, in the Wolf-Kaplan Room at Neyland Stadium.
William McGovern is a US Marine veteran who recently completed two years of study at Pellissippi State Community College and is now set to begin classes in mechanical engineering as a transfer student at UT. This fall, UT is welcoming 1,430 transfer students—up more than 150 over last year.

The university has extended its application deadlines for the fall 2014 semester. Kari Alldredge has been named UT’s new admissions director and will begin work on June 10.
