The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, is recognizing faculty for their work and Volunteer spirit during Faculty Appreciation Week, Feb. 27 through March 2. The annual celebration includes special discounts and freebies from campus partners as well as a variety of events intended to build community, celebrate diversity and share ideas.
Throughout the week faculty can receive 30% off purchases of gift and apparel items at the VolShop by showing their faculty ID or entering FAW23 at checkout online.
Vol Dining is celebrating faculty by offering one free medium drip coffee or hot tea each day at any POD Market on campus. The Division of Student Success is showing appreciation by offering faculty a specialty espresso beverage, drip coffee or tea at any campus Starbucks or Einstein Bros. location on Wednesday, March 1, during operating hours.
The week will include a variety of events:

- TLI Faculty Appreciation Luncheon
- Faculty Appreciation Lunch: Honoring Our Diversity
- Faculty Pub Trivia Night
Faculty who plan to attend any of the week’s events are asked to RSVP by Monday, Feb. 20.
