Do you need help with your video project? Are you searching for high-quality equipment to film it with? Do you need a space to film it in? Then look no further, because the Studio at UT Libraries has everything you need to create a professional-looking first-rate video in its Video Room.

The Video Room is located in Hodges Library Room 251. It has a wide selection of high-grade cameras, lighting, and audio equipment as well as tripods, dollies, camera cranes, sliders, and other accessories. It can be used for both video and photo shoots.

Students, faculty, and staff can reserve the room online, at the Studio desk in South Commons, or by calling 865-974-6396.

To use the room, check in at the Studio desk with your UT ID. A staff member will escort you to the room and assist with checking out and setting up any equipment you need for your shoot. The space includes several backdrops including green, white, and black vinyl screens as well as a gray curtain.

The Studio offers workshops and consultations for anyone who lacks experience in video production. Attendees are shown the basics of camera work, lighting, and audio to prepare them for completing their projects.
