Departments that have their own Fleet Management fuel procurement cards will need to pick up their new replacement cards by the end of August.
Fleet Management is issuing new cards to replace the current ones, which will be deactivated at the end of the month. The new cards will give departments greater control over their fuel expenses, including the ability to set limits on individual fuel purchases for UT-owned vehicles. Departments can safely dispose of their old cards or return them to Fleet Management.
