The Center for Career Development has adopted a new platform, Handshake, to replace Hire-A-VOL as the referral source for jobs, internships, and other professional opportunities.
Like Hire-A-VOL, Handshake is provided at no cost to students. Handshake is intuitive to use and easy to navigate, with all the functionality of Hire-A-VOL plus some additional features. And because it’s offered at more than 500 colleges and universities, it provides access to a wider national network of employers.
