As the spring semester comes to an end, some offices and buildings will change operating hours for the mini-term and summer sessions.

Campus Dining

Summer campus dining hours can be found on the Vol Dining website. Check the hours frequently, because times will be different in May from the rest of the summer.

RecSports

Summer hours for the TRECS, the Student Aquatic Center, the Outdoor Center, and the climbing wall can be found on the RecSports website.

Student Health Center

The Student Health Center will keep its regular operating hours. The center is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays.

The Triage/Acute Care Clinic is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays.

The Pharmacy is open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays.

Students should go to the UT Medical Center Emergency Room if in need of after-hours care.

As a reminder, students who are not registered for the mini-term or summer sessions but were enrolled during the spring 2018 semester and are registered for the fall 2018 semester can pay the health portion of the summer student programs and services fee to receive Student Health Center services during the summer.

Student Counseling Center

The Student Counseling Center will also keep its regular operating hours. The center is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. Summer drop-in hours are from 1 to 3:30 p.m. weekdays. Students who cannot drop in during those times can call the center at 865-974-2196 to discuss options.

Students not attending classes during the mini-term or summer sessions can access the center’s services by paying the counseling center portion of the summer student programs and services fee.

UT Libraries

A full schedule of summer hours for all libraries on campus can be found on the UT Libraries website.
