Throughout the year we hear from students on a frequent basis, whether on the website, email, or Twitter. We hear parts of your experience with parking and transit and now need to review the overall picture and satisfaction with services and activities.

The online survey takes five to seven minutes and can be taken on a computer, phone, or tablet. Those who complete all the required questions on the survey will be given the option to enter a drawing to receive an Apple iPad.

Questions will ask about:

  • Customer service
  • Services provided
  • Improvements over the years
  • Outreach and education activities
  • T Bus
  • Feedback: we ask for your input on any specific question, concern, or ideas
