Earlier this semester, the Stokely Family Residence Hall opened for the spring semester welcoming its first residents. The new hall houses 684 female and male students and student-athletes.
Food Management highlighted the new dining facility located within the residence hall, the Fresh Food Company. The facility is open to all students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Senior Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration Jeff Maples was interviewed for the article. He spoke about the student input that went in to the planning of the dining hall and the popularity of the new facility.
