At 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 30, the university will capture the official enrollment data for fall 2016.

In advance of Tuesday’s deadline, check your Banner data to ensure that the correct instructor of record is listed for each course and section. Beginning this semester, Banner data will link directly to the new end-of-course evaluation surveys for students so it is critically important that these data about instructors of record be accurate.

Ensure that all student enrollment data, to the extent possible, be up-to-date. This includes updating students’ majors and concentrations and registering graduate students for all classes.

Accurate records are essential for our reporting efforts.
