Be Well’s Move More Mondays series will continue through the summer. At noon on Mondays, meet Be Well staff members at Thompson-Boling Arena Gate D to walk a mile around the concourse.
Be Well has also launched a Fitbit community board at Be Well- UTK. If you enjoy walking and have a Fitbit, join the group for a little bit of extra motivation.
Be Well will also be participating in the Run for Mental Health Awareness on Sunday, May 22. This 5K race aims to raise awareness and end the stigma of mental health illnesses.
