Thursday, April 21, is the deadline for a number of items necessary for graduate students to avoid delays in graduating. If you plan to graduate this semester, take a moment to make sure you are aware of the forms you need to submit by the deadline.

Submit your Report of Final Examination/Defense of Thesis/Defense of Dissertation form, also known as the Pass/Fail form, to the Graduate School by 5:00 p.m. Doctoral students will receive this form from their graduation specialist but other candidates should download the form.

For candidates in a program that requires a thesis or dissertation, submit your final thesis or dissertation to Trace and have it approved and accepted by the Thesis/Dissertation Consultant by 5:00 p.m. The Thesis/Dissertation Approval form must also be submitted to the Graduate School by 5:00 p.m.

Doctoral students also will need to submit the Survey of Earned Doctorates certificate to the Thesis/Dissertation Consultant.
